Refund & Cancellation policy

1. AS-IS Sale: All used parts are sold as is.

2. Warranty: 6-month warranty unless stated otherwise. Warranty starts on the date of purchase.

3. Issues/Claims: Report any issues within 10 days in writing with at least 10 photos and a

detailed diagnosis.

4. Non-Returnable Items: No returns on electronic or body parts.

5. Return Window: Returns accepted within 14 days, at our discretion, and must be in original

packaging.

6. Incorrect Orders: Customer is responsible for ordering the correct part. No returns if the

wrong part is ordered or no longer needed.

7. RMA Required: Returns need a valid RMA number. No returns to billing or registered

addresses.

8. Cancellation Fee: Cancellations before delivery incur a 5% or $50 fee (whichever is higher),

plus 7% card fee.

9. Return Fees:

i. Within 5 days: 15% handling fee + 7% card fee

ii. After 5 days: 35% restocking fee + 7% card fee

iii. No card fees if the refund is issued via check or bank transfer.

10. Refund Conditions: Refunds are processed only after inspection. Parts must be returned in

original condition.

11. Shipping Charges: Non-refundable. The customer pays return shipping unless agreed

otherwise.

12. Engine Warranty: Covers only the long block. Must be installed by a certified mechanic. No

coverage for labour or other components.

13. Warranty Void: If the returned part is damaged or altered.

14. Customer Contact: Must provide a working email and phone number. If unreachable for 21

business days, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

15. Disputes: All concerns (returns, cancellations, refunds, etc.) must be sent in writing before

filing any dispute. Allow up to 5 business days for our response.

16. Refund Timing: Refunds take 7–10 days to process after part inspection.

17. Tips: Non-refundable unless agreed in writing.
